Andrew Link Certified General Appraiser Andrew D. Link, IFA, MSA is the President and Owner of Link Appraisal Company LLC. Andrew has been
a real estate appraiser for 33 years and established Link Appraisal Company in 1973 in Oklahoma. Link Appraisal Company
continued operations till 1992. In 1993, Andrew moved to Colorado Springs and worked for an appraisal company in Colorado
Springs as the senior residential appraiser and manager from 1993 to 2001. In 2001, Mr. Link opened Link Appraisal Company
LLC. Andrew is a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Colorado, a member of the National Association
of Independent Fee Appraisers and the Association of Master Appraisers. Andrew has extensive single-family residential and
commercial experience and has experience as an expert witness in court proceedings. Andrew attends numerous courses and seminars
to enhance his appraisal skills. He graduated from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma in 1973 with a BA degree.

Sandra L. Collinsis an Associate Appraiser with Link
Appraisal Company LLC. Sandra is a graduate of the University of Central Florida (BA1985). She has been appraising both commercial
and residential real estate for fourteen years. Sandra has been with Link Appraisal Company LLC since its inception. Sandra
is a Certified General Appraiser (CGO40025100) with extensive experience in all aspects of real estate appraising.
